This is the second Lodge Road project in the DLG portfolio. It is a separate asset from the completed 103 Lodge Road scheme and was originally presented as an investor opportunity.
The proposal creates six en-suite bedrooms alongside practical shared kitchen and living space, applying the lessons learned from DLG's completed HMO projects.
