Chris and Diana bring together construction delivery, operational leadership and international business experience. DLG was created to apply that combination thoughtfully—from the first property review to the way a completed home is managed.

Chris

Chris brings more than 18 years of construction experience, including luxury and super-prime residential work in the UK and internationally. An NRLA landlord for more than a decade, he combines hands-on delivery with a detailed understanding of regulations, contracts, project management and people.

Strategy & operations

Diana

Diana holds a master's degree in International Business Management and brings strong organisational, administrative and commercial leadership. Her experience across entrepreneurship, property and investment communities keeps every project connected to the people, systems and long-term value behind it.
